The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for a composite work contract, NIT No. 54/EE(E)-KOCHI/2025-26, focused on the MOEI and fans, including routine and minor operations (RMO) of the water supply pump set, IEI, DG set, substation etc. at DWR Rameswaram, Palluruthy, Kochi during 2025-26, with a specific emphasis on a comprehensive maintenance contract for one number of 08 passenger lift (Make - Escon Elevators). The estimated cost of the project is ₹1,67,208 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,344, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG, in favour of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, COCHIN CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, COCHIN.
