The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive maintenance contract of Mechanical, Electrical, and other installations (MOEI) including fans, RMO passenger lift, pump sets, gen set, street lights, AC units, external services etc. at AGs office, Trivandrum; specifically, this includes the comprehensive maintenance of 2 Nos 13 passenger lifts at the DC building, AGs office, Trivandrum, under NIT/RFP NO 60/EE/E-TVM/2025-26. This composite tender, valued at approximately ₹2,33,280, requires bidders to submit a percentage-based bid. The estimated time allowed for completion of this work is 12 months.
