The Department of Defence Production, through CGM PURCHASE, BEML Limited Bangalore Complex, invites open tenders for the demolition of existing RCC buildings including painting hangar, toilet block, and removal of existing old roof sheets, ACS, and other structures. This project involves providing an area for parking Metro Cars with covered roofing at the eastern side of the Tatra hangar. The estimated tender value is ₹6,70,66,000, and the period of work is 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,11,980 is required, payable to ICAR Unit CSSRI, Karnal, with EMD exemption allowed as per guidelines. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1 is also applicable, payable to ICAR Unit CSSRI, Karnal, with tender fee exemption also allowed. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of July 26, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of July 26, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
