The Department of Biotechnology, through the Director, inStem, invites open tenders for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), water supply systems, solar heating systems, fire fighting systems, and external sewer systems on a 24x7 basis at the Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine, Bangalore. The contract is valued at ₹27,40,421 with a period of work of 365 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids, comprising a technical and financial proposal by September 11, 2025, 03:00 PM.
