The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Design and Construction of 14 Nos. Type V Quarters G plus 3 floors for the Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburagi, Karnataka. This comprehensive project encompasses internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, overhead terrace tanks, rain water harvesting, internal electrical installations, lightning conductor, firefighting system, lifts, solar water heating system, LT Panel, street lighting, site development, bulk services including internal roads, paths, storm water drains, and sewerage lines, all to be completed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 13,01,17,247 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 23,01,172, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE- Hubli. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission deadline of September 8th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and a bid opening date of September 8th, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Mandatory documents include original EMD, CPWD enlistment order, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), letter of transmittal, completion certificates for similar technology work, structural stability undertaking (Form F2), structural design certificate (Form M), and ERP training certificate or undertaking.
