Work Description - Moei And Fans I/c R/m Of Substation Equipments, Street Lights, Pumpsets At Holiday Home And Nirman Bhavan, Mysore For The Year 2025-26 Sh: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of Ac Units

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for electrical and composite works pertaining to the MOEI and Fans i/c R/M of Substation equipments, Street lights, Pumpsets at Holiday Home and Nirman Bhavan, Mysore for the Year 2025-26, specifically focusing on the Annual Comprehensive maintenance of AC Units. This tender, reference number 53/EE(E)/Mysuru/MCESD/2025-26 (2nd Recall), involves electrical and maintenance works with an estimated cost of ₹ 1,83,024 and requires a completion period of 12 months. A bid, submitted as a percentage, should have EMD of ₹ 3,660 which need to be paid through DD or FDR, in favor of The Executive Engineer (C), (MyCD), CPWD, Mysuru. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents which includes i) Insurance Surety Bonds Demand Draft Account Payee Bankers Cheque FDR Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against Executive Engineer C MyCD CPWD Mysuru, ii) Enlistment Order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender, iii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-A of this NIT, iv) GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder, v) Valid Electrical license of Eligible class issued by Karnataka State electrical inspectorate/licensing board or an undertaking regarding obtaining the same, vi) Valid labour license suitable for executing the works in the state of Karnataka or an undertaking regarding applying for the same and vii) Copy of ERP TRAINING CERTIFICATE issued through LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT ) module in ERP.
