The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the renovation of office space at the National Commission for Schedule Caste, located on the 3rd Floor, D-wing, Kendriya Sadan, Koramangala, Bangalore. This composite electrical works project includes the upgrade of wiring, replacement of light fittings and fans, and the provision of UPS, Split ACs, and a video conferencing system. NIT/RFP NO is 110/EE(E)-I/Bangalore/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 18,87,810, and the project is expected to be completed within 3 months. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 37,756 via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore. Mandatory documents for submission include Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts or/and Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from any of the Commercial Bank towards EMD, Copy of Receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD where bidder deposited EMD (format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-A), Enlistment order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate category and valid on the last date of submission of the bids, GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder, Letter of Transmittal in the format as per Annexure-II of this section, and the ERP Training certificate.
