The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations in a non-residential building housing the Income Tax and Central Excise office at 5 Main Road, Ranchi, during the period of 2025-26. This includes the annual comprehensive maintenance of 3 passenger lifts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3,55,224, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹7,104, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE (E), RCED, CPWD, Doranda, Ranchi.
