The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of an office building (G+4) for EPFO at Hinoo, Ranchi, including associated services such as internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal electrical installations, fans, street lighting, substation equipment, DG sets, lift, fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, grid-interactive solar PV systems, and HVAC systems, along with the construction of a portion of the boundary wall. The estimated cost of the work is ₹22,76,335 and the project must be completed within 4 months. The EMD required is ₹45,527, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, CPWD, Ranchi.
