The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Construction of 144 Units (stilt plus 12) of Type-II (3 block) and 96 units (stilt plus 12) of Type-III (2 block) i/c internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, sewerage, STP (250 KLD), external ater supply, U.G. tank (55000 litre), storm water drains, roads paths, internal E.I. fans, Wet riser system, fire alarm system, UPS system, CCTV system, Hydro Pneumatic water supply system, substation equipments, DG set, Illuminated signages, Street Lighting, Lifts, Horticulture landscaping, transplantation of trees and other Development work bulk services (Civil Electrical) in Main Campus at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. (3rd call)". This EPC Percentage bid is open to Composite, Non-CPWD Contractors with an estimated cost of ₹ 1,39,84,91,192. Interested parties must download the tender documents between July 29, 2025, and August 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by August 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
