The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a comprehensive project at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gumla, Jharkhand. This composite project, NIT/RFP NO 36/2025-26/EE(E)Ranchi-I/I, encompasses the construction of a two-section A Type school building (G+2), four Type II quarters (G+1), four Type III quarters (G+1), one Type V quarter, a canteen, an electrical substation, a pump room, and an underground sump. Furthermore, the scope includes boundary walls with gates and a guard room, along with internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal roads, pathways, internal electrical installations, networking, substation equipment, power distribution, and a fire fighting system, all to be completed within a timeframe of 8 months. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,65,734 (Four Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Four Rupees). An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 9,315 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE(E), RCED, CPWD, Doranda, Ranchi. Mandatory documents for submission include Insurance Surety Bonds, demand draft, Account payee Bankers Cheque, Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank guarantee of any commercial banks against EMD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor, a copy of a Valid Certificate issued through LMS of ERP i.e. Training Certificate, GST Registration Certificate, and a copy of the receipt for deposition of the original EMD, along with other eligibility documents as per NIT.
