Work Description - Providing Running And Maintenance Of Inspection Vehicle For Govt. Duty Of Assistant Engineer, Ranchi Project Sub-division-iv, Cpwd, Hinoo, Ranchi. (ch. To: Comprehensive Maintenance Through Outsourcing Including Day To Day Maintenance, A/r & M/o Work, Supply Of Materials Of Iim Campus, Nayasarai, Ranchi, Jharkhand For Two Years. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for providing running and maintenance of an inspection vehicle for government duty of the Assistant Engineer, Ranchi Project Sub-Division-IV, CPWD, Hinoo, Ranchi. This encompasses comprehensive maintenance through outsourcing, including day-to-day maintenance, A/R & M/O work, and the supply of materials for the IIM Campus, Nayasarai, Ranchi, Jharkhand, over a two-year period, specifically for Civil and Horticulture work. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,29,608. The NIT/RFP number is 05/NIT/EE/RP/CPWD/2025-26. The bid submission deadline is 01-Jul-2025 at 03:00 PM, and the bid opening date is 01-Jul-2025 at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 10,592 via DD or FDR, in favor of EE RCD CPWD RANCHI. Mandatory documents include Insurance security bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts or/ and Bank Guarantee from any of the commercial bank against EMD, Registration of Travel agency/CPWD Contractors from Govt. authority of Jharkhand state, Certificate of Registration for GST and acknowledgment of up to date filled return if any required, Valid Commercial Registration Certificates of vehicle including or related certificate / papers are to be uploaded. The agency should possess at least 01(one) Commercial vehicle, and must be registered in the firm or in the name of owner and Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE/AAO), CPWD. Further required is a valid ADHAR Card and PAN Card. The contract duration is 12 months.
