The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the renovation of a school building (Primary Section) encompassing civil and electrical works, including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal electrical installation, fan fittings, earthing, lightning arrester, LT panel, fire extinguisher, and service connections at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Doranda Hinoo, Ranchi. This composite work, categorized as Civil Works - Buildings, is estimated to cost ₹1,93,83,001 and must be completed within 7 months. Interested bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) of ₹3,87,660, payable via DD or FDR in favour of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, CPWD, Ranchi.
