The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a Community Sanitary Complex (CSC) at Govt Girls High School Ghagwal Pyt Tapyal, located in Ghagwal. The estimated tender value is ₹3,00,000, with a completion period of 45 days. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from June 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM and submit their bids no later than July 09, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,000 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Samba, via offline methods using Fixed Deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit). The bid opening date is scheduled for July 10, 2025, at 02:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Samba. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of fee challan and EMD (CDR/FD) in Cover 1 (.pdf), and all other relevant documents as per the e-NIT along with the BOQ in Cover 2 (.xls). This tender is governed by percentage form of contract and allows for withdrawal, however multi currency is not allowed.
