Work Description - As Per Boq

The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for civil works, specifically for the "CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTERIAN PATH NEAR THE HOUSE OF NAZIR HAJUM TO THE HOUSE OF RAKESH SINGH, WARD NO. 6, PYT.- ALINBASS, UKHRAL, RAMBAN" in District Ramban. This is an Item Rate contract with Tender Reference Number NIT 10 OF REW RAMBAN 2025 MPLADS. Bid submission also commences on 14-Jun-2025 04:00 PM and closes on 25-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 26-Jun-2025 11:00 AM at the office of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER REW RAMBAN. The work must be completed within 60 days, and the bid validity period is 45 days. Interested bidders should submit their bids in two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (TENDERNOTICE) and another for Financial documents (BOQ). Payment can be made offline through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order (BPO), Fixed deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR (Cash Deposit).
