Work Description - Refurbishment Of A) Bowli At Mohalla Hans Raj At Duggagram Ward No 6, Panchayat Adhat B) Bowli At Mohalla Dharam Chand At Shapdi Ward No 6, Panchayat Adhat, Block Dhar Mahanpur.

The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the refurbishment of two Bowli sites located in Dhar Mahanpur: one at mohalla Hans Raj, Duggagram Ward no 6, Panchayat Adhat, and another at mohalla Dharam Chand, Shapdi Ward no 6, Panchayat Adhat, Block Dhar Mahanpur. This tender, referenced as e-NIT No.153/REW/K of 2025-26 Dated 16/09/2025 (2nd call) and Tender ID 2025_RDPR_288372_13, involves civil works with an estimated tender value of ₹2,50,000. A percentage-based contract will be awarded for this project. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is also required and payable offline at Jammu and Kashmir to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and cannot be exempted through BG/ST. Bidding commences on September 16, 2025, at 06:00 PM and concludes on September 24, 2025, at 04:00 PM. The deadline for downloading tender documents is also September 24, 2025, at 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened on September 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the XEN REW Kathua, who serves as the Tender Inviting Authority. The work must be completed within 30 days, and the bid validity period is 120 days. The successful bidder can pay the tender fee and EMD through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order (BPO), Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, and CDR (Cash Deposit).
