The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the Construction of Community Sanitary Complex at Lovely Moh SC Pyt Moutlian Kalan. The project location is nud, and the estimated tender value is ₹3,00,000. The contract will be awarded on a percentage basis. Tender documents can be downloaded from June 25, 2025, 6:00 PM until July 09, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between June 25, 2025, 6:00 PM and July 09, 2025, 6:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹600 is required, payable offline to the Executive Engineer REW SAMBA at SAMBA. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required in the form of a CDR/Fixed Deposit, also payable to the Executive Engineer REW SAMBA at SAMBA. Bids will be opened on July 10, 2025, at 02:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW SAMBA. This is a two-cover tender process, requiring bidders to upload scanned copies of fee payment challans, EMD (CDR/FD), all relevant documents as per the e-NIT, and the BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
