The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of lane drain from the house of Sham towards Pyt ghar ward No. 5 and lane from the shop of Sham to rampal house Ward No. 5, as well as the construction of a Lane at Kangath Mohalla Buti Singh Dogra Singh and Ganesh Singh Ward No. 7 Pyt Galak Block Nagrota Gujroo. This project, referenced as e-NIT No.183/REW/K of 2025-26 Dated 10/10/2025 3rd call, falls under the category of Works and is valued at ₹3,00,000. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required and payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at jammu and kashmir; EMD Exemption is not allowed.
