The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a well near Radha Krishan Mandir (ward no. 09) and another well in mohalla Ram Nath (ward no. 09) in Rajouri. The estimated tender value is ₹3,20,000. Interested bidders must refer to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a detailed work description. This is an open tender (e-NIT No. 73 REW Rajouri of 2025 Dated 29-09-2025) under percentage form of contract. The tender document can be downloaded and submitted online from October 1st, 2025, 09:00 AM to October 10th, 2025, 04:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is payable offline to the Executive Engineer REW, Rajouri. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,400, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is also required, payable offline to the Executive Engineer REW, Rajouri. The bid opening date is scheduled for October 11th, 2025, at 09:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer REW Rajouri. Bids must be valid for 120 days. This is a two-cover system, where Cover 1 requires Scanned copy of CDR treasury Challan and all the Documents as per NIT and Cover 2 contains the BOQ.
