The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for civil works: the construction of a CSC at Chardpal Pyt Anandpur, Block Purmandal, under the SBM(G) II scheme. This project, identified by Tender Reference Number 30 REW Samba of 2025, Dated 19.07.2025 and Tender ID 2025_RDPR_281919_9, is valued at ₹3,00,000 with a stipulated work completion period of 45 days and a bid validity of 120 days. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from July 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and submit their bids no later than July 28, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹600 and an EMD of ₹6,000 (2% of tender value) is required, payable offline to the Executive Engineer REW Samba at Samba, in the form of Fixed Deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit).
