The Executive Engineer, PWD(R&B) Division Khour, invites open tenders for the construction of a toilet complex and renovation/repair of the existing school building at MS Jadh (Jadh Bhagtan), Jourian, under the District Capex-ELEMENTARY EDUCTION SECTOR. This project, referenced as Short e-NIT No. 16 of 2025-2026/Khour Dated 15-09-2025, is an initiative of the PWD, a State Government and UT organization. Bidders must submit their bids online between September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM and October 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The tender opening is scheduled for October 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD(R&B) Div Khour. Interested parties must download the tender documents between September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM and October 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM and pay a non-refundable tender fee of ₹600 to the Executive Engineer PWD(R&B) Div Khour through offline mode. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹39,860, payable to the same authority in KHOUR, is also required, although BG/ST or EMD exemptions are not permitted. The project is anticipated to be completed within 180 days, and bids will remain valid for 120 days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Executive Engineer's office.
