Work Description - Drilling Of 200mm Dia Bore Well For Solar Submersible Pump For Lift Irrigation Scheme At Tsogsti (under Solar Lift Irrigation Scheme At Various Places Of Leh Sub Division)

The Public Works Department, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for drilling a 200mm diameter bore well for a solar submersible pump intended for a Lift Irrigation Scheme at Tsogsti, under the larger solar lift irrigation scheme across various locations within the Leh sub-division. This project, valued at ₹19,04,000, has a period of work of 45 days from the date of Commencement of work. Tender documents are available for download from May 13th, 2025, 06:00 PM until May 19th, 2025, 04:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between May 13th, 2025, 06:00 PM and May 19th, 2025, 04:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,000 is required, payable offline to the Executive Engineer I and FC Div Leh at Leh. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹44,940 is also required, payable offline to the Executive Engineer I and FC Div Leh at Leh, however, BG/ST or EMD exemption is not allowed. Bids will be opened on May 21st, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer I and F C Division Leh. Bidders must submit both a fee/prequalification/technical cover containing required documents, including EMD, cost of tender document, registration card renewed upto 3 2026, pan card GST latest and a finance cover containing the BOQ in .xls format and an affidavit mentioning name of work and tender ID and other as per NIT.
