The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and Union Territory organization, invites open tenders for the "UPGRADATION OF MINI SECRETARIAT COMPLEX REASI INCLUDING OTHER GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS BY WAY OF ROOF TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORKS TO AVOID DAMAGES TO BUILDINGS, IMPORTANT OFFICE RECORD AND ELECTRONIC GADGETS". This project, valued at ₹69,50,000, aims to ensure the structural integrity and protection of vital government assets. Tender reference number e-NIT No.47 of 2025-26 Dated 13-10-2025 should be used for all applications, with a duration of 150 days. The tender documents can be downloaded between October 13, 2025, at 12:30 PM and October 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Bid submission also commences on October 13, 2025, at 12:30 PM and concludes on October 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the XEN PWD REASI. A fixed EMD of ₹1,39,000 is required, payable to XEN PWD REASI through Demand Draft or CDR (Cash Deposit), alongside a non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,500. Interested bidders must submit their documents, including the BOQ, electronically as per the instructions in the NIT. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
