The PWD, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for providing structural consultancy services for the construction of a Medical Sub Centre building at Gujjar Colony Channi Himmat Jammu, inclusive of soil investigation and design vetting from a competent authority like IIT/NIT/DIQC Jammu. This is a second call for Tender Reference Number Fresh Short e-NIT No. DGN/41 of 2025-26, dated 23-07-2025. The work, described in detail within the BOQ, is valued at ₹1,31,000 with a completion period of 30 days. Interested parties must submit bids electronically through a two-cover system. Cover 1 requires a scanned copy of the EMD of ₹2,620 in the form of CDR/FDR and the tender cost of ₹600 as a Treasury Challan. Cover 2 should include scanned copies of other documents related to the e-NIT/SBD. The BOQ should be submitted in a separate financial cover. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26-Jul-2025 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD RandB Division Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The tender document can be downloaded starting 24-Jul-2025 at 02:00 PM and must be submitted no later than 30-Jul-2025 at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 31-Jul-2025 at 12:00 PM in Jammu.
