Work Description - Snow Clearance Winter Season For The Year 2025-26 Stage 1st

The PWD, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for snow clearance for the winter season of 2025-26, Stage 1st, under Tender Reference Number NIT No. 52 of 2025-26 RnB Division Kupwara. The Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara is the Tender Inviting Authority. Interested bidders can download tender documents from October 1st, 2025, 9:00 AM until October 8th, 2025, 4:00 PM. Bids must be submitted starting October 1st, 2025, 9:00 AM, and no later than October 8th, 2025, 4:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for October 8th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara at Jammu and Kashmir Bank, and a tender fee of ₹200 is payable at the Jammu and Kashmir Treasury. Payments can be made via Demand Draft or CDR (Cash Deposit). The successful bidder will be responsible for snow clearance in the Snow Stage Kupwara Division for a period of 365 days, and the bid validity period is 120 days. Required documents include a scanned copy of Registration Card/Pan Card and other documents as per NIT, as well as the submitted BOQ.
