The PWD (R and B) PD III Jammu, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for day-to-day electric repair and maintenance of various government properties in Jammu, including the Special Block, DGP Residence, PWD Blocks A, B, C, Channi Himmat, Panama Chowk Bungalows and Flats, and Government Flats at Gandhi Nagar. This work is to be completed by September 2025, under reference number E-NIT No 08 of 2025-26 Dated 01-05-2025, CNO10-NP 2nd Call. The estimated tender value is ₹5,00,000. Interested bidders must submit their bids online between May 2nd, 2025, at 04:30 PM and May 8th, 2025, at 04:30 PM. A tender fee of ₹600 is applicable, payable offline to the Executive Engineer PWD R and B PDIII Jammu, and an EMD of ₹10,000 (2.0% of the tender value) is required, payable to the Executive Engineer at PWD(RandB) Projects Division III, Jammu. The bid opening is scheduled for May 9th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD (R and B) PD III Jammu. The tender documents, including the BOQ, are available for download until May 8th, 2025, at 04:30 PM. Bids must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 containing scanned copies of all required documents as per SBD, and Cover 2 containing the price bid.
