The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, a State Government and Union Territory organization, invites open tenders for the hiring of tankers with tank capacity ranging from 4000 to 5000 Liters, including the cost of fuel, oil, lubricants (POL), driver, and all maintenance. These tankers will provide portable drinking water facilities to shortage zone areas and respond to urgent SOS requests under the jurisdiction of the EXECUTIVE ENG PHE DV BUDGAM, engineering complex budgam, Pincode 191111, Jammu and Kashmir. This is an item rate contract with a tender value of ₹3,60,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,200 (2% of the tender value) payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PHE DIVISION BUDGAM, Jammu and Kashmir, using specified offline payment modes. The tender fee is ₹300, also payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PHE DIVISION BUDGAM, Jammu and Kashmir. Tender documents, including the NIT (E NIT 15 of phe div budgam) and BOQ, are available for download from September 16, 2025, 03:00 PM until September 22, 2025, 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted within the same timeframe, and the bid opening date is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at 01:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer.
