The Executive Engineer Jal Shakti PHE Division Kathua, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for day-to-day maintenance, repairs on an urgent basis, and restoration of water supplies under various water supply schemes falling under the jurisdiction of Kootah, Bobiya, Marheen, Chann Arrorian, Mela, and Hiranagar Section and its adjoining areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The estimated tender value is ₹35,00,000. A percentage-based form of contract will be used and bidders should refer to the BOQ for the work description. A tender fee of ₹1,000 and an EMD of ₹70,000, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, are required. The EMD must be payable to the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti PHE Division Kathua and can be in the form of a Fixed Deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit). Documents can be downloaded starting August 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM, and bids must be submitted by August 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for August 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti PHE Division Kathua.
