Work Description - Restoration By Way Of Creating Temporary Barrier Across Romshi Nallah And Retrieving Raw Water Main Pipes Dislocated Due To Sept 2025 Floods For Wss Monghama (dmrrr) Sdrf-2025-26

The Public Health Engineering (PHE), a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the urgent restoration work involving the creation of a temporary barrier across Romshi Nallah and retrieval of dislocated raw water main pipes caused by the Sept 2025 Floods, specifically for the Water Supply Scheme (WSS) Monghama under DMRRR SDRF-2025-26. This crucial project, located in Monghama and managed by the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Pulwama, aims for completion within 15 days. The estimated tender value is ₹60,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,800 (3.0% of tender value) payable to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Pulwama. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹200 is applicable. The tender documents, including the NIT (ENIT S. No. 15/PHEP of 2025-26) and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), can be downloaded from September 27, 2025, until October 8, 2025, 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between September 27, 2025, 11:30 AM and October 8, 2025, 02:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at PHE Division Pulwama. Acceptable payment instruments for both EMD and tender fee include Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order (BPO), Fixed deposit, Saving Certificates and CDR (Cash Deposit). Bidders should submit scanned copies of all required documents as per the NIT.
