The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) invites open tenders for the Construction and Maintenance of Road from L049-(Link Road) Tandar to Pakhlai km 17th to Trikund-2, Package No. JK14-4011, PMGSY-IV, Batch-I of 2025-26, Block-Sewna, District Udhampur, with a length of 9.472 Kms. This project, referenced as Tender Number JK144011, falls under the category of Civil Works - Roads and has an estimated tender value of ₹24,71,10,000. A tender fee of ₹20,000 is applicable, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹49,42,200, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required. The successful contractor will have 630 days to complete the work. All submissions must include the documents specified in the tender document, including scanned copies of affidavit regarding correctness of information, Card Registration/Renewal of Card, Balance Sheets, CA turnover Certificates etc. as per clause 4.2 of SBD, Litigation details, form I and II of section 6 of SBD, Turnover Certificate as per Annexure A attached in the SBD, all other documents mentioned in clause 4.2 of SBD, Proposed Programme of Construction And Quality Management Plan and the BOQ.
