The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) invites open tenders for the construction and maintenance of a road from L023 (Link Road) from KM 7th of Boura Road to Athialta, Package No. JK07-4003, PMGSY-IV, Batch-I of 2025-26, Block-Mahanpur, District Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, utilizing waste plastic, with a total length of 24.950 Kms. This project, under Tender Reference Number JK074003, is valued at ₹68,58,50,000, with a period of work of 960 days.
