The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) invites open tenders for the Construction and Maintenance of Road from L021-(Link Route) Chatta to Barmeeni, Package No. JK05-4004, PMGSY-IV, Batch-I of 2025-26, Block-Satwari, District Jammu, with a length of 6.500 Kms. The estimated tender value is ₹16,28,24,000, and the project is expected to be completed within 510 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids online, with the bid submission start date being August 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM and the bid submission end date being September 4, 2025, at 05:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Office of The Chief Engineer PMGSY(JKRRDA) Jammu. A tender fee of ₹20,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹32,56,480, representing 2.0% of the tender value, are required. Bidders must submit scanned copies of necessary documents, including an affidavit regarding the correctness of information, card registration/renewal, balance sheets, CA turnover certificates, litigation details, and other documents as per clause 4.2 of the SBD.
