The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), through the Office of the Executive Engineer PMGSY Div. Budhal, invites open tenders for consultancy services, including survey, detailed investigations, structural design, estimation, and preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR), for civil works related to roads. The DPRs are to be checked by DIQC JK NIT and vetted by the State Technical Agency (STA) and Principal Technical entities.
