This project, identified as Package No JK02-4013, involves complete construction using waste plastic technology, spanning a length of 2.978 km with a carriageway width of 3.75m under the PMGSY IV, Batch I, 2025-26 initiative, located in Charisharief, PIU Budgam. The estimated tender value is ₹6,07,65,000, with a period of work of 546 days and bid validity of 90 days. Interested parties must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,15,000 and a tender fee of ₹10,000 through online payment mode. The tender document can be downloaded from August 7, 2025, 09:00 AM until August 28, 2025, 04:30 PM. Bids must be submitted starting August 15, 2025, 09:00 AM and ending August 28, 2025, 04:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the Office of S.E PMGSY Circle Sgr, Rajbagh. The bid opening will take place on August 29, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the same location. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in two separate covers, including necessary documents as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
