Work Description - Camouflaging To Building, Roofing, Other Connected Work At No 2 Area, 154hu And Certain B/r Maintenance At Lalgaon, Pump Houses And Other Area Under Ge (af) Srinagar

The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) Srinagar, invites open tenders for the "GE (AF)/SGR-24/2025-26 CAMOUFLAGING TO BUILDING, ROOFING, OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT NO 2 AREA, 154HU AND CERTAIN B/R MAINTENANCE AT LALGAON, PUMP HOUSES AND OTHER AREA UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR" project, a civil works contract valued at ₹45,00,000. The work, located within the AOR of GE (AF) Srinagar, is expected to be completed within 180 days. Interested parties can download tender documents from 16-Jun-2025 to 07-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between 30-Jun-2025 (06:00 PM) and 07-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Srinagar, and the tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Srinagar. Both EMD and tender fees can be paid via Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. The bid opening date is scheduled for 09-Jul-2025 (12:00 PM) at GE (AF) Srinagar. Tenderers should note that this is an Item Rate contract, and withdrawal is allowed. Required documents for submission include scanned copies of enlistment letters, reclassification/reverification documents, application on letterhead, cost of tender payment, GSTN & EPF registration, and for un-enlisted firms, requisite documents meeting Class D Enlistment criteria and EMD.
