E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Khumbathang, invites open tenders for the project "GE/KHU-45/2025-26 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ROOF SHEETS, CEILING WALL PANELLING FLOORING, PLUMBING WORKS, DOOR WINDOWS INCL CONNECTED ELECTRIC WORKS TO CERTAIN OTM ACCN, REPAIR, MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE OF SOAKAGE WELLS AND SEPTIC TKS INCL CLEANING" at Khumbathang. This works contract requires a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹76,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500, both payable to GE Khumbathang. The tender documents are available for download from October 4th, 2025, at 06:30 PM until October 17th, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between October 11th, 2025, at 09:00 AM and October 17th, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for October 18th, 2025, at 06:00 PM at GE Khumbathang. Required documents include the application on the firm's letterhead, tender fee proof (DD/Banker's Cheque), EMD proof (if applicable), MES enlistment letter (all pages including renewal), EPF & GST Registration letters, and any other documents specified in the NIT for un-enlisted contractors, as well as BOQ and Tender Documents. The project has a work period of 180 days, and the bid validity is 90 days.
