The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through AGE (I) NIMU, invites open tenders for the work of special repair of rewiring of buildings numbered T-479, T-480, T-460, and T-453 of 3 SIKH, and special repair/replacement of wiring of single JCO living building T-118 of 5118 COY ASC (COMP) at NIMU MIL STN under AGE (I) NIMU. The estimated tender value is ₹9,94,000, and the period of work is 180 days. This is an item rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from August 19, 2025, until September 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between September 2, 2025, and September 8, 2025, until 6:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for September 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the office of AGE (I) NIMU. A fixed EMD of ₹20,000 is required, payable to AGE (I) NIMU at NIMU, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also payable to AGE (I) NIMU at NIMU, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. Required documents, including enlistment letter, application letter, tender cost DD/BC, EPF code, GST registration, documents as per enlistment criteria for unenlisted contractors, and police verification/passport copy for unenlisted contractors, and BOQ must be submitted in two covers, technical and financial.
