The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Satwari, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION CI/DI/GI PIPE LINES INCLUDING CLEANING AND PAINTING OF OH TANKS, REPAIR OF VALVE, PIT CHAMBERS AT RAIPUR SATWARI AREA, MH AREA AND RIDGE AREA UNDER AGE E/M OF GE SATWARI." This works contract, referenced as GEJM-61/2025-26, is valued at ₹49,00,000 with a period of work of 270 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids online, starting from September 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with a deadline of September 29, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for October 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE Satwari. A fixed EMD of ₹98,000 is required, payable to GE Satwari at Jammu, and EMD exemption is allowed via BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE Satwari at Jammu, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download from September 6, 2025, to September 29, 2025, until 6:00 PM. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including the tender cost DD, EPF number, GST registration, and enlistment documents, as per the tender requirements. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
