The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) UDHAMPUR, invites open tenders for civil works at AF Stn Udhampur. The project, referenced as GEAFU-15/2025-26, involves repairs to joinery, renovation of toilets/kitchens, internal water supply, plumbing, sanitary fittings, floors/tiles, plaster, chajjas/parapets/fins, and other connected B/R works in Phase II. This is an item-rate contract with a period of work of 270 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids online, with the document download and submission deadline being July 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹82,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) UDHAMPUR, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. Bids will be opened on July 7th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at GE (AF) STATION UDHAMPUR. Technical evaluation of bids will not be item-wise, and the process will involve two covers: one for fee, prequalification, and technical documents, and another for the financial bid (BOQ). Required documents include scanned copies of application on the firm's letterhead, cost of tender in the form of a DD, documents supporting EPF and GST registration, and a copy of the enlistment letter valid up to the current recycle period.
