The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE SAMBA, invites open tenders for the work of REPAIR CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK SOAKAGE WELLS MANHOLES AND SEWAGE LINES IN ZONE I AREA UNDER GE SAMBA, Tender Reference Number GE/SMB/T-40/2025-26. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹15,00,000. The contract period is 180 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting May 30, 2025, from 12:00 PM, with the download period closing on June 19, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between June 13, 2025, at 05:00 PM and June 19, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for June 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE SAMBA. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 is required, payable to GE SAMBA, and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE SAMBA. Bidders must submit specified documents, including enlistment letter request, EMD application, affidavit, EPF, GST registration, and verification letter (if applicable) and BQO.
