E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) Srinagar, invites open tenders for the work of "REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANE, LOW VOLTAGE SWITCH GEAR, PANELS, BUS BAR INCLUDING CABLING WORK, PERIMETER LIGHTING INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF FLAME PROOF WIRING IN DBS, EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY, EXTERNAL ELECTRIC" at Air Force Station Srinagar. This Item Rate contract is valued at ₹45,00,000 with a work completion period of 180 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from August 25, 2025, 03:00 PM until September 15, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between September 8, 2025, 06:00 PM and September 15, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for September 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE (AF) Srinagar. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 and a tender fee of ₹500 are required, payable offline to GE (AF) Srinagar via Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. Enlisted firms must provide scanned copies of their enlistment letter, reclassification/reverification documents, and an application letter. Un-enlisted firms need to submit documents meeting Class D enlistment criteria and EMD.
