The J and K State Sports Council, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a Volleyball Court at GMS Satrayan, SuchetGarh. This is the third time this tender has been issued. The project, with Tender Reference Number E NIT NO 22 OF 2025-26 DATED 12.08.2025, is valued at ₹25,00,000. Bidders must submit their bids online between August 12, 2025, at 06:30 PM and August 18, 2025, at 05:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM at sports house MA Stadium Jammu. The bid opening is scheduled for August 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM at sports house MA Stadium Jammu. Interested parties must download the tender documents starting August 12, 2025, at 06:30 PM and no later than August 18, 2025, at 05:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹1,100 is required, payable offline to Ex Engineer CDJ at Jammu and Kashmir. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is also required and payable to Ex Engineer CDJ at Jammu and Kashmir. The EMD can be submitted via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR (Cash Deposit). The contract will be a Percentage based contract. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 90 days, and the bid validity period is 120 days. This is a two-cover tender, with the first cover including fee, prequalification, and technical documents in .pdf format, and the second cover containing the BOQ in .xls format. The Ex Engineer of the sports council, located at sports house MA Stadium Jammu, serves as the Tender Inviting Authority.
