HAUDD, a State Govt. and UT organization, through the Executive Engineer, Projects Div. JMC, invites open tenders (Fresh e-NIT No 25(P) of 2025-26 (2nd Call)) for the EPC of Construction of a vertical Garden under the Flyover from Bikram Chowk to Women college Gandhi Nagar, Rehari along SMGS wall Shalimar Road, opposite Civil Secretariat, including maintenance of the existing vertical Garden from Bus stand to Jewel Chowk and OnM. The project, valued at ₹6,21,82,000.00, has a period of work of 365 days, with a bid validity of 120 days. An EMD of ₹12,44,000.00 is required, payable to the Chief Accounts Officer, JMC, and can be submitted via Bank Guarantee, Fixed deposit, or CDR (Cash Deposit). The tender fee is ₹10,000.00, also payable to the Chief Accounts Officer, JMC.
