Work Description - Tender For Operation/ Running College Canteen- For 1 Year

The HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Operation/ Running College Canteen" for a period of 1 year at Model Govt Degree College Charar-i-Sharief Budgam. The Tender Reference Number is ET_MGDC_1 OF 2025. This is a service-based tender, and the contract will be an Item Rate agreement. Interested parties can download the tender documents from 08-Jul-2025 03:00 PM until 15-Jul-2025 05:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 09-Jul-2025 09:00 AM and 15-Jul-2025 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 16-Jul-2025 11:00 AM at the Principal Chamber, MGDC Charar-i-Sharief. A fixed EMD of ₹2,000 and a tender fee of ₹200 are required, payable offline to the Principal Model Govt Degree College Charar-i-Shari, Budgam, through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order(BPO), Fixed deposit, Saving Certificates and CDR (Cash Deposit). Exemption for EMD and Tender Fee is allowed as per guidelines. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of PAN, GST Certificate, Aadhar Card, Registration Certificate with Shop and Establishment Act, EMD and Tender Fee, NOC and past performance report (if applicable), signed copies of the tender document, and the BoQ in two separate covers as detailed in the tender document.
