The FOREST DEPARTMENT, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the work of "Providing of laying of DRSM by dry rubble masonry uncoursed brought to coarse in foundation and plinth using Nalla stones collecting from nearby area picking brought to coarse including all leads lift and carriage to site of the work complete job" within the Tilnard area of Rajparian Wildlife Sanctuary. This percentage-based contract, referenced as ENIT No. 01 of 2025-26, requires a fixed EMD of ₹2,396 and a tender fee of ₹100, payable offline to Wildlife Warden, South and Convener, purchase committee, Directorate of ISM respectively, both payable at Jammu and Kashmir. The project, with a work period of 20 days and a bid validity of 90 days, will be overseen by the Wildlife Warden, South Kashmir Division, located at Forest Complex, near Padshahi bagh, Bijbehara, Anantnag (Pincode: 192202). Bids must be submitted by 11-Oct-2025 at 03:00 PM and will be opened on 13-Oct-2025 at 11:00 AM at Regional Wildlife Warden Kashmir. The tender involves two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (Regd. card, PAN card, Ahhaar card, Treasury Receipt, CDR, and other documents as per tender in .pdf format) and another for the BOQ in .xls format. EMD exemption is allowed. Payment Instruments include Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order(BPO), Fixed deposit, Saving Certificates and CDR (Cash Deposit).
