The FOREST DEPARTMENT, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the Construction of Pond at Co.155/M Nar of Mandher Range, located in Poonch. This works contract, valued at ₹2,25,056, requires the submission of bids through a two-cover system. Cover 1 includes Fee/PreQual/Technical details, referring to the attached document, while Cover 2 is for Financial information through BOQ, also through attachment. Bids must be submitted by 26-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, and the bid opening is scheduled for 27-Sep-2025 12:00 PM at the DFO OFFICE POONCH. A tender fee of ₹500 is payable offline to DFO POONCH at POOMCH, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,501, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is also required, payable to Convener, purchase committee, Directorate of ISM, Jammu and Kashmir.
