Work Description - Cleaning Of Septic Tanks.

The DEPUTY DIRECTOR ESTATES KASHMIR, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the cleaning of septic tanks, as outlined in e-Tender Notice No- 01 of 2025 dated 16/04/2025. The tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Apr-2025 11:00 AM until 06-May-2025 04:30 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between 17-Apr-2025 11:00 AM and 06-May-2025 04:30 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 07-May-2025 11:00 AM at the office of DEPUTY DIRECTOR ESTATES KASHMIR. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000 is required, payable to Deputy Director, Estates Kashmir, at SRINAGAR, with EMD exemption allowed. The tender fee is ₹2,000, also payable to Deputy Director, Estates Kashmir, at SRINAGAR, and tender fee exemption is allowed. The contract is an item-wise contract, and the period of work is 365 days. The tender is for miscellaneous services, and the bid validity is 120 days. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of the tender document fee, EMD, required forms, and all other documents as per the NIT in Cover 1, and the BOQ in Cover 2. Acceptable payment instruments for the tender fee and EMD are Demand Draft and CDR (Cash Deposit).
