The DG,BSF,MHA invites open tenders for the "Provision of 2046 Nos Gabion Basket for protection of soft skin structure at various FDLs in AOR of 80 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Srinagar of Ftr HQ Kashmir", reference number 57/NIT/FTR KMR/ENGG/2025-26. This is an item rate contract with a work period of 90 days and a bid validity of 75 days. Bidding will be conducted in two covers. Cover 1 requires signed and scanned copies of the NIT, contractor enlistment order, original EMD of ₹97,450 payable to DIG SHQ BSF Srinagar, EMD deposition receipt (Form-A), contractor contact details, GST registration certificate/undertaking, PAN card, work experience certificate, affidavit on stamp paper, and other essential documents as specified in the NIT. Cover 2 is for the BOQ. The tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Jun-2025 (04:05 PM) to 01-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids can be submitted from 17-Jun-2025 (04:05 PM) to 01-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). The bid opening will take place on 03-Jul-2025 at 11:00 AM at SHQ BSF Srinagar. The Executive Engineer (Civil), FTR HQ KMR Humama Budgam Jammu and Kashmir is the Tender Inviting Authority. EMD is fixed and should be submitted offline through Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee. Tender fee is not applicable.
