Work Description - Loading/unloading Of Transformers Of Various Capacities From 25kva To 630kva And Allied Material At Transformer Repair Workshop Hatli Morh And At Divisional Store Kathua By Means Of Mechanical Mobile Crane

The Executive Engineer, Electric Division, Kathua, representing DC-PDD (a State Govt. and UT organization), invites open tenders for the "Loading/Unloading of Transformers of various capacities from 25KVA to 630KVA and allied material at Transformer Repair Workshop Hatli Morh and at Divisional Store Kathua by means of Mechanical Mobile Crane," referenced as KED/07 of 2025-26 Dated 03.05.2025. This is a service-based, rate contract with a work completion period of 1 day and a bid validity of 365 days. Interested bidders should download the tender documents starting May 3rd, 2025, and submit their bids electronically between May 3rd, 2025, and May 24th, 2025, before 02:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 17th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the XEN, Electric Division, Kathua. A tender fee of ₹500 and an EMD of ₹5,000, payable offline to the Executive Engineer, Electric Division, Kathua, are required in the form of Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Fixed deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit). The bid opening will occur on May 26th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the XEN, Electric Division, Kathua. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the Demand Draft for the tender fee, EMD, and all other requisite documents as per the tender and SBD, along with the BOQ.
