E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the "GES/PKT/19/2025-26 REPAIR/MAINT OF LT OH LINES/UG CABLES, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOXES, LT PANELS, POLES, CAPACITOR, PANELS, CONNECTED SWITCH GEARS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT DAMTAL, KANDRORI, NANGAL BHUR AND KAUNTERPUR AREA UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT". This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days. The Tender Reference Number is GES/PKT/19/2025-26. The tender documents can be downloaded from 09-Aug-2025 01:30 PM until 23-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. The deadline for bid submission is 23-Aug-2025 06:00 PM and the bid opening date is 25-Aug-2025 10:00 AM at GE SOUTH PATHANKOT. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT, and an offline tender fee of ₹500 is also required payable to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT. Both can be submitted via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of enlistment letter in MES with Appendix A and B, application on letter head of firm requesting issue of tender, tender fee DD, provident fund code number and GST Registration Number, and for un-enlisted contractors the required documents meeting enlistment criteria of MES, affidavit of No recovery outstanding in any government department and EMD in the form of FDR scanned copy of provident fund Code No and GST Regn No. and the Quoted BOQ in two covers. The tender is valid for 60 days.
